The Nikon D700 is not a fake, as seen by that image from a German magazine. Unfortunately, the text is too small for me to decipher even whether I know the German language. Well, I guess that means folks who want to assemble that step up from the entry

level DSLR market can start saving their ever more worthless dollars so that they can purchase the D700 when it is officially released.
